Refund policy

General

All artworks which are stretched and "ready to hang" cannot be returned. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about an artwork, please contact us prior to your purchase at hello@jaidamunoz.com

Shipments that arrive damaged 

If the artwork you ordered has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately by email at hello@jaidamunoz.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue whether through repair or replacement of the artwork, provided that you have contacted us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

Shipments that are lost or stolen

If you suspect the artwork you ordered has been lost in transit or stolen, please first verify that the shipping address you provided at checkout is accurate. This information can be found in the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. If all information provided at the time of purchase appears to be accurate, please contact us immediately by email at hello@jaidamunoz.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue whether through refund or replacement of the artwork.

Please note that we are not able to process a refund or replace your order until the specific timeframe that is required by the courier to file a claim has elapsed.

Shipments returned to our studio

In the event that your package could not be successfully delivered and is returned to our studio, we are happy to resend your shipment, provided that you are responsible for any additional shipping charges that may apply.
